At Wella Professionals, we are committed to your salon-quality results; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that items are in their original packaging and meet our professional safety standards for return eligibility.

Return Process

    Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Pack Securely

    Place the unused products in their original professional packaging, ensuring all seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Affix Shipping Label

    Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
